EASYmapping Order Process

NAU Country Insurance Company can map throughout the entire year! Although EASYmapping is beneficial to farmers in all seasons, it is preferable for farmers to receive their EASYmapping Map Booklets and EASYmapping Pocket Maps prior to planting. Due to NAU Country's commitment to stellar service, renewal customers can receive their free EASYmapping Map Booklets and EASYmapping Pocket Maps each year before the start of the planting season. To provide this service, Agents simply need to request these items from NAU Country's Map Order System.

To map a policy, an Agent completes the EASYmapping Submission Form, provides the policy's most recent FSA 578s and aerial maps and sends the forms to NAU Country's Mapping Department. If available, please include all GIS or GPS data as well. EASYmapping integrates the current policy unit and legal description details for the Agent. After NAU Country has mapped the policies, we will return all paperwork to the Agency and send a complete EASYmapping Map Booklet for review. If a change is needed on the review map, NAU Country Insurance will re-map the policy free of charge. If satisfied, keep the map booklet free of charge!
