Summer is just around the corner! For many of you, policyholders have already started submitting their planted acreage information. We know that acreage reporting is an important part of the crop insurance cycle. The acreage report is used to determine the liability or amount of insurance provided, and the policyholder premium owed. It also establishes the insurable share at the time insurance attaches. Take advantage of all the resources available to you, so that this year's acreage reporting process goes as simply as possible.
Since one size does not fit all, we have a variety of methods to accomplish acreage reporting.
