We're calling on NAU Country Agents, Farmers, Ranchers, Producers, Employees, and Friends to share your best farm and ranch photos! The theme for this edition is Supporting the American Farmer. That means any photos from the farm, we want to see!

Submit your entries by Monday, September 8, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (CDT) for a chance to be featured in our upcoming calendar.

Contest Rules and Voting:

1. Please read the contest details, disclaimers, and complete photo submission requirements below.

Submission Deadline:  Monday, September 8, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (CDT) Voting Begins:  Monday, September 8, 2025 Vote by "liking" your favorite individual photos in the photo gallery on our NAU Country Facebook page! Voting Ends: Monday, September 15, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (CDT)

2. After the submission window closes we will post the photos that have met the printing and contest requirements to a photo gallery on our Facebook page and will allow voting for the most liked photo.
3. Look through all the photos in our Facebook photo gallery and "like" your favorites!
4. The photo with the most likes will be used on the cover of the 2026 NAU Country Photo Calendar.

Photo Submission Requirements:

• Submit up to five (5) high-quality Original or Raw (the largest file size you can) farm or ranch-themed photos with your signed Release Form and email them to itmarketing@naucountry.com by the photo submission deadline at 12:00 p.m. (CDT) on Monday, September 8, 2025.
  *Cameras on phones often resize when sent directly from a mobile device. Download the image to your computer and send it as an attachment.
• Meet theme and minimum size requirements of at least 12'' wide x 9'' tall at 300 dpi / 3675 pixels wide x 2775 pixels tall. (Landscape orientation, not Portrait, please.)
• Include the photographer's name, email address, county, and state within the Release Form.
  *If you are sending multiple photos from the same person and location, only ONE (1) form is needed
• A link to download the Release Form is located HERE.
  *To use the 'Fill and Sign' feature, please download and save the PDF to your device first. Alternatively, you can download, print, and complete the form by hand, then send a scanned copy or a clear photo of the signed document to itmarketing@naucountry.com.

Additional Details:

• Participants will never be asked to register or provide financial information to claim/receive a prize.
• All qualifying photos will be entered into the contest.
• Not all submitted photos will be chosen to be printed within the calendar.
• The cover photo winner will be notified via email after the voting results are finalized.
• Other selected photographs will be placed within the calendar and given printed recognition, including the photographer's name, county, and state. These participants will be notified via email within three weeks following the contest. We will ask for a shipping address at this time.
• Participants whose photos are selected to be used within the calendar will receive a free calendar.
• Shipping dates are TBD.

Disclaimers:

In addition to the required signed Release Form, we cannot accept or include photos featuring the faces of minor children, as we prioritize their privacy and protection. Please, no AI-generated photos. All farm photos must be taken within the United States. Limit five (5) photos entered per person. Not all photos entered will be included in the final calendar. Only photos that meet the requirements will be entered into the contest. Photos received after the submission due date will not be entered into the contest. Responses may be delayed, please only send photos that meet requirements. If you are sending a photo on behalf of someone, you must include the information required.

Unsure of how to determine photo size? Follow these steps!

Option 1:

1. Open Windows Explorer on your computer.
   *Press the Windows button  on the bottom bar and the "E" key on your keyboard simultaneously.
2. Navigate to the folder where your pictures are located.
3. Right-click in the folder and choose "View."
4. Select "Details."
5. At the top of the window, you'll see Name, Date, Type, Size, (etc.), right-click within that area.
6. Choose "More."
7. Within the pop-up, scroll down and select "Dimensions."

Option 2:

1. Right click on the image.
2. Select "Properties."
3. Select the "Details" tab.
4. Scroll down and you'll see Dimensions.
