IT System Release and Maintenance Schedule

At NAU Country, we understand the importance of having a reliable and accessible system for processing purposes. We make it a priority to keep our systems available when you need them. With this in mind, we structure a blackout period between 12/15 – 1/2  and from 2/15 – 4/15 where minimal changes occur. All infrastructure changes during these periods are limited to only system security patches and emergency changes.

That being said, even with a blackout period in play, we still need to focus on system security patches to ensure our system is as secure as possible. Our hope is that we can raise awareness of system downtimes to assist you in your processing needs. Below is the summary of our system release and maintenance schedule:

Summary:

• Software Releases are generally held on a bi-weekly cadence occurring on Wednesday evenings. Expected downtime is 9 – 11 p.m. Central time. (Schedule below)
• Infrastructure and Security Patching are held each Sunday evening from 5 – 11 p.m. Central time. (Note: Not all of these result in system downtime)
