    RMA Update: Extending COVID-19 Relief

    Beginning in March, the Risk Management Agency (RMA) began issuing Manager’s Bulletins to provide program flexibilities in response to COVID-19. As a continued response to COVID-19, the RMA has released MGR-20-026. This bulletin supplements the earlier relief authorized by the following Manager’s Bulletins: MGR-20-005, MGR-20-008, MGR-20-009, and MGR-20-013. August 28, 2020

    From the USDA: Additional Commodities now eligible for Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP)

    An initial list of additional commodities have been added to the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP). Producers will be able to submit applications that include these commodities on Monday, July 13, 2020. USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) is accepting applications for CFAP through August 28, 2020, which helps offset price declines and additional marketing costs because of the coronavirus pandemic.
